Workplace Rulebook  - basic skills and behaviors required to succeed at work including what constitutes sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace; taught monthly

Ethics in the Workplace - includes why an employee wants their employer to be highly profitable,  as well as guiding the ethical decision making process; taught every other month - Group A.

How to Get Along with Co-workers - presents the concept of co-workers as friendly neighbors and provides rules to follow to get along with co-workers; taught every other month - Group A.

How to Get Along with Supervisors -  defines the role of a supervisor and provides rules to follow to get along with supervisors;  taught every other month - Group A.

Communication Skills - instructs participants on verbal (choice of words) and non-verbal (personal signals) communication skills and instructs participants on how to apply those skills to a variety of internal/external customers (angry, non-communicative, etc.); taught every other month - Group B.

Customer Service Skills - instructs participants on how to best understand and treat customers by teaching active listening, proper service attitudes, and phone and in-person etiquette; also practice using these skills to classy customer comments to ensure proper responses;  taught every other month - Group B.

Zig Ziglar Sales Skills - the Ziglar sales method involves asking questions and satisfying needs; it is a comfortable and effective sales method which will be taught in this webinar; taught every other month - Group B.

Strategic Planning - the purpose of this course is to explain the concepts and process that will be followed in the strategic planning on-site sessions.  It will cover the goals of strategic plans, SWOT analysis, and SWOT analysis plans of actions using the objectives-strategies-tactics-goals approach.
